A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from BN Cabs through the website, phone, WhatsApp,
or another approved channel. Customers should verify the travel date, time, pickup point, drop location, and
selected vehicle details before the trip starts.
2. Pricing and Payment
Fare estimates shown on the website are indicative and may change based on route distance, tolls, parking,
waiting time, extra kilometers, night travel, and trip modifications. Final fare details will be confirmed at
the time of booking acceptance.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should inform BN Cabs as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a ride. Depending on
timing, driver allocation, and trip status, cancellation or waiting charges may apply.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate contact and trip information, be available at the pickup point on time, and
maintain proper behavior during the ride. Any loss or damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger may lead to
additional charges.
5. Service Availability
BN Cabs works to provide reliable service at all times, but availability may be affected by traffic, breakdowns,
weather, local restrictions, or other events outside our control. In such cases, we will try to provide a
suitable alternative wherever possible.
6. Liability
BN Cabs is not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, traffic congestion, weather disruptions,
government actions, or incorrect details shared during booking. Customers are responsible for their own personal
belongings during the trip.
